腦海裡的想法都是不快樂的? What you think stress you out?


人類設計圖告訴我們,腦能量中心的設計不是為了長時間停留在同一個想法裡。

若果你的腦能量中心是空白的,你有一個很容易被啟發的腦袋。因為腦能量中心是空白,你很容易覺察到別人的想法,然後你可以從眾多的想法中知道那個想法是最有價值,然後付諸行動。

若果你的腦能量中心是著色的,你能夠直接從宇宙裡得到頓悟或答案。你腦海經常不自覺地問宇宙不同的問題(why/what/how),然後你會直接得到答案。

無論你的腦能量中心是著色或是空白的,腦能量中心的設計都是為了接收有價值的想法,而不是用來捉緊負面思維。

Byton Katie在書中說,你的思考方法決定了生活的大小事,也決定了你跟別人的關係。若你選擇相信腦海裡的負面想法,生活就會充斥著不快樂。但只要你願意開始觀照自己的想法,放下對自己不再有用的看法,你會發現你會慢慢愛上你的生活及身邊的人事物。

觀照自己的想法,當發現負面思維時,問問自己,這個想法,真的可以100%說是真的?

Do you know that we are not designed to hold on to thoughts? If you have an open head, you are designed to be inspired by thoughts. It means that you are constantly sensing what others are thinking and with time, you gain wisdom about identifying which idea is worthy to pursue.

And if you have a defined head, the way you are inspired is pretty consistent and you have a direct relationships with source. You often find yourself getting epiphany out of nowhere and sometimes, you just know.

We are all designed to be inspired by thoughts but most of us don’t know that. Often, we hold on to thoughts that stress us, that no longer serve us and make us unhappy.

Byron Katie said the way you relate to your thoughts determines everything else in your life, and in particular how you relate to other people. If you believe your stressful thoughts, your life is filled with stress. But if you question your thoughts, you come to love your life and every one in it.

What stressful thoughts you have right not? And ask yourself, can you say that it is 100% true?
